There are things in life that I have very little control over. I avoid worrying because it is counter-productive. My focus is on changing the things I am able to change, so I can live a better quality of life.
I believe that I am here for a specific reason. My focus is to live each day to the fullest during the limited time I have on Earth. When I choose to be happy, it is easy to let go of stress.
My friends and peers have their own opinion about me. I know I am unable to change the perception of those around me.
Today, my life is focused on the positive, as I leave worry behind. I am committed to a healthy existence, free of worry. I put aside things I am unable to change.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- How do I identify the things I am unable to change?
- What self-help exercises can I do to become worry-free?
- How do I cope when I realize I am unable to change a particular situation?
“God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.”
That’s part of the Serenity prayer by Reinhold Neibuhr

Hey,
As posts get lost in stampede on WordPress, I am building my email list to inform my readers about important updates relates to my book(s).
I don’t plan to do hard-core email marketing and spam your mailbox and will only be emailing you about availability and promotions that would be 3 to 4 times a year, max. Promise!
Would you like me to add your e-mail address please?
Thanks 🙂
